SHIPPING POLICY

We try to ship all orders within 2 businesy days if receiving your order and use standard economy shipping (generally 5-8 days).

We know it's frustrating to pay more for shipping that the item you are purchasing. For this reason, we have tried to keep shipping costs as low as possible, espeically for our smaller items.

$75 & Over           FREE

Free Shipping (orders $75 or over) is provided via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you. After high volume sales events like Black Friday, we typically ship out all orders within 3 business days. 

Mistakes can happen and if you receive your order and it's missing an item(s) please let us know within two (2) business days that something is missing.

Please message us with your name, order number, and email and tell us what is missing. You can contact us at rokkmcreations@yahoo.com. We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or can issue you a store credit.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you need your order faster than standard shipping (5-8 days), please contact us for prices. We will always give you the choice/price of the options available to us.

LOCAL PICKUP

We like to offer our local customers the convenience of local pickup, which also saves on shipping costs. If you choose this option we will notify you when your order is ready to arrange a pickup time or if needed, we can drop off to you depending on the circumstances. All pickups or deliveries must be within the city limits of Evanston, WY.
